The bench is the shop. You can watch a batch being cut while we put three pomades on the back of your hand, which is the only test that has ever told anyone anything.

Trade, in four numbers
Minimum order
€180 at trade price, which is about twelve units mixed however you like. No minimum on a repeat inside ninety days.
Lead time
Seven to ten working days from the bench, longer if a batch is cutting. We write with a date before we take anything, not after.
Carriage
Free over €250 anywhere in Spain, €11 below that. Pallet rates for the European Union on request, quoted by weight not by guess.
Returns on trade
Sale or return on a first order, ninety days, sealed units only. After that it is ninety days on faults and nothing on overstock.

Can I open a wholesale account?
Yes, if you cut hair or sell to people who do. Send the form above with your shop name and we post a price list the same Thursday. Trade is forty per cent off retail at the minimum order and forty-five past €600 a year. We do not sell to resellers who only ship, because the whole point of the range is that someone puts it on a hand first.
Do you send samples?
To shops, yes: five 7 g pots, free, one set per shop. To individuals, no — a 7 g pot is two uses and tells you almost nothing, and we would rather you bought the 50 ml travel tin at €11 and sent it back inside thirty days if it is wrong.
Can I refill a tin?
At the counter, yes. Bring a clean dry tin on a Thursday or Friday and we fill it from the 200 ml jar at €13 for 100 ml, which saves you four euros and a tin. We cannot do it by post: filling by hand into a tin we have not seen is not something a cosmetics registration will cover.
Press, photography and shoots
Pick press on the form and we send product and the ingredient sheets by return. For shoots we lend the full range plus brushes against a deposit, and we will come and work the hair if it is within two hours of Gijón. We do not pay for coverage and we do not ask to see it first.
Thursday, from ten
