How the counting works
The number on the card is the number on the shelf
We mix in batches of four hundred, four times a year, and we do not pretend to hold more than we hold. When a card says three left, three is what is behind the counter in Gijón. When something sells out we print the date the next batch comes off the bench, and that date is the date it ships — not the date we start making it.
Tejado Clay is out until 14 March because the kaolin supplier moved mill. Nothing else in the range is short. If you want a tin held for collection, say so and we will keep it for seven days.

You order
Any day. Orders placed before Wednesday noon join that week's run; anything later waits for the following Thursday. You get one message with the weight and the exact postage before we charge anything.

We send it Thursday
Everything goes out on one run, packed in a board box with no plastic. Mainland Spain two to four working days, Balearics and Canaries four, the rest of the European Union four to eight with duty paid at this end.

Thirty days to change your mind
Opened or sealed. Tell us what your hair actually did and we will swap the tin for the one we should have sold you, refunding or charging the difference. Return postage inside Spain is ours.
Delivery, returns, sizes, sold out
What does delivery cost, exactly?
Mainland Spain €4.50, two to four working days, and free once the basket passes €40. Balearics and Canaries €7.90. Rest of the European Union €9.50, four to eight working days, duty and import VAT paid by us. United Kingdom €14.00 and you pay the duty at your end, which is usually about £6 on a two-tin order.
How long do I have to send something back?
Thirty days from the day it lands, opened or sealed. Return postage inside Spain is on us; outside Spain it is on you. Refunds go back to the card within five working days of the parcel reaching the bench. Brushes that have been used in water we cannot resell, so those we swap rather than refund.
Which size should I buy?
A 100 ml tin is about eleven weeks of daily use at one scoop; a 90 ml jar of clay is nearer nine, because clay goes on thicker. The 50 ml travel tin of Azogue is five weeks and fits hand luggage. Beard oil at four drops a day lasts a 30 ml bottle about eight weeks. If you are trying a hold for the first time, buy the smallest size of it.
Something is sold out. What now?
The card keeps its price and shows the date the next batch ships. Send us a message and we will write your name against that batch — no deposit, no card held, and you can change your mind when we write to you. We do not operate a queue longer than one batch, so if a date is missing it is because we have not cut the new batch into the diary yet.
